Crowd Source a New Tax Code

The Internet is making direct democracy possible. Proposed exemptions, credits, ect. to the tax code should and can be voted on by everyone electronically. Let our esteemed legislators set out a basic framework--that's their job, right? And then let everyone vote on each provision. One person, one vote, that goes for lobbyist too!
